What is Sketch Aerobics?
Sketch aerobics are different drawing tasks that are completed in different ways- this may be using one continuous line, within a time limit, or using a non-dominant hand.
The point of this exercise is to practice the forms and shapes while drawing, especially for still life objects
This will help you grasp an understanding of how to use your pencil in different ways and what forms can be created under different conditions.
Your Task:
1- Choose TWO objects in your room.
This could be a:
-Glass
-Bottle
-Mug
-Lamp
-Pot Plant etc
2- Open your art book. You will be using 2 pages for this. Divide the pages in half horizontally and vertically to create 4 sections using a pencil.
